Two floors: main level has master bedroom (with queen bed); full bath with shower/tub; kitchen with electric stove/double oven, double-door refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and sink disposal; dining area with seating for eight; living area with TV, sectional couch, and laundry room with full washer/dryer; upper level has 2 bedrooms (one queen and the other 2 sets of bunk beds. Twins on top and full beds on bottom that sleeps 6 children); with shared full bath (tub/shower). Streaming cable TV and Wi-Fi. On demand hot water heater, so no possibility of running out of hot water.
Located directly across from public park with splash fountain and play set (ideal for children of all ages). Within 4 blocks of the beach and historic downtown area dining and entertainment.
